Centurion offers all employees 25 days holiday a year, giving you the time to live life and refresh your batteries whenever you need it. On top of that, our annual Christmas shutdown means you’ll never be working Christmas Eve again!

Pensions

We offer two different pension models depending on your needs – either contribute 3% in return for a 7% contribution from us, or pay 4% for an extra 8%. At Centurion, we want you to take the pension option that works for you. The choice is yours!

Death In Service Benefit

Our Death in Service benefit provides your beneficiaries with everything you need in the event of death, because neither you nor your family should ever need to worry about the future.
